When returning your items from outside of the EU, please make sure that your package is sent out importing tax free. We are unable to collect parcels from customs. 

Please notice that the processing time for refunds can take up to five working days after arrival of the return.

We kindly ask you to only return a product in its original condition (avoiding stains and odours).

Please notice that sets and bundles are only refundable as a whole. The discount on retained products does not apply if a set or bundle gets only partially returned.
